MS ENVIRONMENTAL CLUB
@ 4:55 AM

If you're a student of Maktab Sains, a teacher, a parent whose child attends MS, or someone who has visited the college in the last couple of weeks, you most probably would have seen posters stuck on walls, boards and whatnot.

Posters like the ones shown above were made and designed by members of the MS Environmental Club.

A few weeks ago, a 'Fundraising and Awareness week' was held in the college. In addition, students and teachers were encouraged to bring along their own cutlery if they wished to buy food from the school cafeteria in hopes of reducing the use of plastic. Students of the Energy Club, Environmental Club, the V club, the entrepreneur as well as teachers also set up stalls in the canteen selling different varieties of food and plants.

The profit made during the fundraising and awareness week will be use to buy recycle bins for the school.

Students are also welcomed to donate cups and plates for rental on Thursdays.
